Rebecca Wolfe
Through community-centered yoga and conscientious animal care, Rebecca Wolfe creates calm, grounded spaces for humans and animals.
Hi, I’m Rebecca.
I’m a mother, wife, daughter, sister and friend who has over 25 years of experience in both animal care and yoga combined.
Born and raised in Concord, NH, I had the privilege of growing up in a wonderful area where I found my humble beginnings as the neighborhood babysitter and, eventually, pet sitter.
Having had a cat and dog for large parts of my childhood, combined with a natural love for animals, the skills I learned during this time gave me the confidence to start contracting my animal care services through Rover and word of mouth via my personal animal care business, Howl of a Good Time.
After taking a yoga class in high school and eventually cultivating a decades-long daily yoga practice at home, I decided to take a leap of faith and in 2025 became a certified yoga instructor and additionally obtained my children’s yoga teacher certification. Yoga has remained my steady guide through all of life‘s many ups and downs, and I love sharing the benefits of a regular yoga practice with others.
I am incredibly grateful to be able to live a full and flexible life balanced by yoga and animal care and all of the other beautiful things it has to offer.
Whether it’s your animals, your children or your own personal yoga practice, when working with me you can expect clear communication rooted in kindness, respect and trust.

Animal Care
“
Rebecca recently did drop in visits twice a day, for several days, to care for our two senior cats, including one with diabetes, who requires special attention. From booking to completion of services, Rebecca was prompt and thorough in her communication, organized and trustworthy. She sent detailed notes and multiple photos of each cat as soon as she finished her visits. We hope to rebook in the future and highly recommend.

I really enjoy attending any type of class Rebecca is teaching !
